IT-3000 has SD memory card slot, PC card slot (TYPE I/II) and integrated Bluetooth come as standard. Data stored within the terminal can be backed up to an SD memory card if required. Wireless LAN communication is possible using a third-party Wireless LAN card installed in the PC card slot. The integrated Bluetooth module enables wireless communications with a wide range of third-party peripherals such as cellular phone and Bluetooth Access-Point. In addition to these industry standard interfaces, an 8-pin serial port (not available on M55E/M55U/M56E/M56U models) and 14-pin serial interface are also available for connection with external devices.
