AccelePort Xr 920 from Digi is an RS-232 version PCI Universal (3.3V and 5V) card with PCI and PCI-X compatibility for use in older and newer machines. Its RISC-based processor enhances overall system throughput by offloading CPU communication bottlenecks and offers 921.6 Kbps baud rate. It incorporats heavy-duty surge protection on all pins for superior reliability. AccelePort Xr 920, with its rich hardware and software features, allows itself to fit into a large number of applications in mission-critical multi-user environments. Cabling solutions include fan-out cables and external I/O connector boxes.
