The Digi ClassicBoard offers 4 or 8-Port RS-232 and RS-422 models with a choice of DB-25, DB-9 or RJ45 connectors. Each model is available with 16C654 UARTs with a 64 byte FIFO, delivering optimum throughput up to 460.8 Kbps with built-in surge protection on every signal. The absence of DIP switches or jumpers to set, makes installation a breeze. ClassicBoard can be used in applications using sensors, switches, measurement devices, factory automation, EDI, industrial control processing and data collection.
