The CN2A uses a PDA form factor built to withstand the rigors of field use and provides features and functionality common to higher priced, larger mobile devices. The feature set is packaged to survive heat, humidity and multiple drops to concrete or steel. The CN2A has Microsoft Windows CE 4.2, Intermec's SmartSystem device management capabilities for updates and maintenance, 128MB RAM/64MB Flash, Batch operation, and navigation and 18 key numeric keypad.
