Part Details: AHR package fee for 1001-1500 IP-Phones. Annually renewable fee, can be purchased only as add-on to AudioCodes Customer Technical Support bundles. Replacement part will be typically shipped out to Customer by end of next business day. Customer shall return the faulty part within 30 days to AudioCodes, or else, shall be invoiced for the full purchase price of the part. The setup period of AHR service per site may take up to 30 days.
