The 681 provides an all in one universal interface including USB and RS232. When a cable is inserted, the reader automatically detects the appropriate interface type. The 681 offers an 144x64 graphic LCD display and 4 LED's. The display can provide a message from the host and a visual response for users letting them know that their transactions were received. With the integrated MSR (separated model), an additional peripheral can be eliminated saving valuable counter space.
