Printronix certified RFID Smart Labels combine the technology of thermal transfer, pressure-sensitive labels with RFID tags. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our RFID Smart Labels with their many different sizes and antenna configurations provide the finest RF performance possible when used with our RFID printers. Under software control, the RFID printer writes data to the RFID tag, then validates that the EPC information can be read reliably. After completing this validation process, the RFID printer prints the human-readable and barcode data. If for any reason the RFID encoding process cannot be validated, the RFID label is printed with an overstrike pattern to prevent it from entering your supply chain.

The NanoX II is the best performing RFID-on-metal tag in the industry for its size, with read ranges on metallic assets of up to 20 feet (6 meters).

The Dash-On XS is ATEX certified and enables automatic tracking for improved productivity and reduced risks in foreign object debris (FOD) and product recalls. The Dash-On XS is 0.48 x 0.12 x 0.09 inches (12.3 x 3 x 2.2 mm) with a read distance of 6.6 feet (2 m). The tag can be mounted on metal.

The Dot-On XS can be mounted on metal and will withstand high temperature. It is ATEX certified, and is an ideal solution for tracking small assets. The Dot-On XS is round and measures at 0.24 inches in diameter by 0.1 inches thick with a read distance of 5 feet (1.5 m). It is designed to survive industrial chemical washes that normally complicate the application of RFID devices.
