The Microscan QX Hawk is the first high-performance reader with the flexibility to read any mark at any distance and speed in any environment. Advanced imaging technology, including patent-pending liquid lens autofocus modular zoom optics, means automation engineers need not research multiple configuration options before deployment. The QX Hawk reads any mark - from a high-density 3.3 mil Data Matrix or a very large linear code to a low-contrast, direct part mark (DPM). It has a high-resolution, modular, optical-zoom system, which combined with liquid lens autofocus enables a single reader to handle almost any ID application. With the ability to read more than 60 codes/sec, the Microscan QX Hawk can keep up with almost any high-speed application.

From an economical single vision smart camera system to a sophisticated eight camera application, the Microscan Visionscape GigE Solution contains all necessary components for a complete, successful machine vision implementation. PC-based Gigabit Ethernet systems leverage standard network components such as cabling, switches and interface cards. Visionscape GigE Solution supports a complete set of Microscan machine vision GigE cameras which, in combination with Visionscape software, allows for rapid deployment of any scale of machine vision solution. Gigabit Ethernet allows for high speed data transfers at one gigabit per second. With the Visionscape GigE Solution, this system can be easily deployed using standard low-cost network components, long cable lengths and no frame grabber boards.

The Microscan Mini Hawk consistently reads damaged, distorted or otherwise challenging direct part marks with our patented decode algorithms. For real time dynamic autofocus, position the symbol at the center of the field of view, and push the EZ button. The MINI Hawk automatically adjusts focal distance and sets internal parameters to optimize the symbol.

The Microscan Mini Hawk 3MP 3 megapixel imager packs aggressive direct part mark (DPM) reading algorithms into a miniature imager that is both powerful and easy to use for bar code and 2D track, trace and control applications. Aggressive decoding is ensured through X-Mode technology, which reads damaged or difficult symbols with no configuration or setup required. With multiple interface configurations available, there is a Mini Hawk 3MP imager for every application.

Smart Series Pharmalite is ideally suited for illuminating labels, packaging containers, and other products in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as a variety of other packaging applications. The dark field geometry evenly illuminates flat, glossy surfaces without glare or hot spots. The Pharmalite camera mounting bracket simplifies integration by allowing direct mounting of Microscan imagers, smart cameras and GigE cameras.
